Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Any Product ordered should and will be delivered as it look and seem in the picture. However in case of changes in packaging and branding a product may differ if the picture is not updated.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A sales receipt or order receipts should be automatically sent to your email. In case of any complaints do not hesitate to contact us

How can I return an item?

When receiving a product, check it out immediately and inform the staff of any issue and he/she will guide you appropriately on the step to take next. For any inconvenience about a product kindly contact us immediately.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Even before a product indicates as “out of stock”, the procurement team is already working on it. So it’ll take between max 3-7 days if a product indicates so.

Where can I ship my order?

An order can be shipped to your preference and with accordance of the routes covered by the company. Any updates on new routes will be shared through our social pages.
